Driemastklipper Radboud

Oceans of space

The Radboud is the largest three-mast clipper on the IJsselmeer. It has oceans of space thank to its impressive size – 55 metres long and 7.5 metres wide. The ship underwent a complete overhaul in 1999-2000 and is now classified as a five-star ship.

The large dimensions were taken into consideration during the renovation, and this is immediately apparent as you board the Radboud.

The deck has been designed to provide an unobstructed panoramic view over the water. The interior of the ship also has a spacious and open character, with lines of sight from one area to another.

The next surprise comes when you enter the luxuriously fitted double cabins. Twelve of the eighteen double cabins have beds on ground level, and each cabin has its own shower and toilet!

Everything in this ship is of a generous size. It can sleep 44 people comfortably, and up to 60 guests can be accommodated for a fully organized day trip. Time to hoist those sails!
